Each charter comes with an experienced crew, all required safety gear, fuel costs, and a selection of non-alcoholic refreshments. The specifics can vary depending on the charter type—for instance, twilight cruises offer gourmet appetizers and premium drinks, whereas business charters might include meeting facilities and professional catering services.
When should I secure my booking?
Booking your charter approximately 2–3 weeks before your desired date is advisable, or even longer during high season, which spans May through September. For corporate functions or private festivities, making reservations 4–6 weeks ahead will enhance the likelihood of availability and grant ample time for personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Your safety is our primary concern. Should our captain assess the weather conditions as hazardous, we will propose a rescheduled trip on a subsequent available date or offer a complete reimbursement. We actively monitor the forecast and will reach out to you if the weather outlook becomes uncertain at least 24 hours ahead of the departure.
May I bring my own refreshments on board?
Certainly, feel free to bring your preferred food items and drinks. Alternatively, we provide exceptional catering solutions, with the possibility of customizing menus to suit your tastes. Do note, for safety reasons, items contained in glass are strictly forbidden on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We endeavor to make our services accessible to all guests. While some of our vessels offer more accessible features than others, please contact us regarding your specific accessibility requirements at the time of booking. We will suggest the most accessible yacht and make all necessary arrangements to accommodate you.
What is the policy on cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours or more in advance of your scheduled departure, you will receive a full refund. Those who cancel between 24 and 72 hours in advance will be refunded 50% of the cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be eligible for a refund unless the reason for cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our end.
